CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) - Ajes and Daguey Dam Repairs, Puerto Rico.

Total Small Business set-aside.

Place of Performance: Anasco Municipality, Puerto Rico

The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated under Sealed Bidding procedures FAR Part 14. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in August 2024. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.

PROJECT INFORMATION: The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The work consists of removing and installing new riprap, clearing trees and vegetation, improving hydraulic capacity, removing and installing a new gauge on the riser structure, reseeding, and installing a field fence.

The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation 12FPC324B0005 is July 2024. Proposals are anticipated to be due at least 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.
