BRIEF SUMMARY OF WORK

Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) is seeking sources for a vendor to provide in-person training to operate the CTL SystemWare Spectrum Guard device. Training is to take place in Djibouti, Africa.
