The USACE Marine Design Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to initiate an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of two (2) Stop Log Barges. The barges will support the civil works maintenance and repair mission of the Tulsa District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The principal dimensions of each barge shall be as follows:

Length Overall 140’-0”

Beam (Overall) 32’-0”

Depth (Molded at Centerline) 7’-0”

Depth (Molded at Side) 7’-0”

Bow Raked

Stern Raked

Design Deck Loading 1,000 PSF

Delivery and final acceptance will be at the U.S. Army Engineer District – Tulsa District, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

There will be liquidated damages associated with this procurement.

Bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonding will be required.

The Invitation for Bid Number (IFB) W912BU-24-B-0021 is intended to be available on or about June 25, 2024. Hard copies will not be available. No written or fax requests will be accepted. Contractors may download the solicitation (including drawings) and any amendments via the hyperlink to the Sam.Gov website at, www.sam.gov, on (or after) the issue date. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the website in order to access/download the solicitation documents (including all amendments). Bids will be due on, or about July 25, 2024.
