NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code that your firm uses for surgical and medical equipment manufacturing. 5. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only Brand Name, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: This requirement is for replacement of current dental Xray units. Iowa City VA currently has Kavo dental x-ray units located within the dental clinic, therefore, no additional plumbing for installation of new dental x-ray arms will be needed. This will avoid extra incurred costs and delay in patient care.
