The magnatude of this project is projected to be between $25,000 and $100,000.

Project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roof coverings at the Saint Ignace District Warehouse including roof shingles, underlayment, drip edge, ridge vent, and vent pipe flashing. The Contractor shall provide Ice & Water Shield in the valleys and two rows at the roof eves, synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof, new shingle vent at the ridges, new metal drip edge at eves, new vent pipe boot flashing, install metal kickouts, and new CertainTeed Landmark shingles (Heather Blend color) or approved equal. The existing roof step flashings will be reused and not replaced. The Contractor shall remove the existing 9 lines of 100-pound fishing line (3 lines) at each of the ridges and reinstall new at the completion of the project. The Contractor shall include all dump fees for disposal of all debris. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and miscellaneous materials and supplies (staples, nails, roof cement, starter shingles, cap shingles, etc.) for a complete weather tight project.
