DESCRIPTION:

Moody Air Force Base is seeking information from companies that are capable of developing courseware and conducting instruction of the developed courseware in small group tryouts (SGTO) for a proposed Tactical Communicators Course, also known as the Command, Control, Communications University (C3-U). This proposed course would be specifically tailored for the Air Force Special Warfare community of the Active Duty and Air National Guard, and is unique to their specific networks, equipment, waveforms, system requirements, and the tactical employment in various theaters of operation. This course would fill the gap between the current AF Formal course structure, and the advanced C3 equipment being procured and used in theater. First class to be completed in FY-24, with the possibility of executing two optional classes at the discretion of the USG in FY-25.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, and other requirements specified in the STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this SOW or higher.

The designated NAICS code is 611519, with a size standard of 21.0M.
