This is a Request for Information (RFI) – Sources Sought Notice Only. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes only. The United States (US) Government is seeking sources to determine a sole-source justification for CS Medical LLC., which is a small business.

1. The resulting information will be used to determine if there are sufficient resources to support a sole source for the solicitation, and award of the contract. The US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder; not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any further RFQ; IFB or RFP if issued.

2. Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Liberty, North Carolina has a requirement for a for a TEE Clean System TCD-100S8 Unit with accessories to include printer, neutralizing station, electrical leak tester, and mounting brackets. Full web based in-service training is included with a fifty-user license. CS Medical LLC is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the TEEClean Automated Cleaner Disinfector for TEE Probes, its filters, and components.

3.The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). The business size standard is 1000 employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 6530. All contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall be registered and approved through the System for Award Management (SAM). This is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, and EPLS. There is no fee to register for this site.
