Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a source for a Flow Sensor Test Article (F-STAr) pump that will be installed in Argonne National Laboratory’s (ANL) Mechanisms Engineering Test Loop (METL). F-STAr is designed to provide submerged high-flowrate experimental testing capabilities for sensor and component testing and development, and to perform fluid studies, in support of sodium-cooled nuclear reactor development.

*EVALUATION WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY*

The work shall include the following referenced in the Specification Document dated May 8,2024 and attached to this solicitation:
2.1.1 Design and develop the pump in accordance with the Technical Requirements in Section 4.
2.1.2 Fabricate the pump in accordance with the Fabrication Requirements in Section 5.
2.1.3 Perform tests in accordance with the Testing Requirements in Section 5.2.6.
2.1.4 Perform and document all required certifications, examinations and inspections, control of material, testing, cleaning records, and certifications specified throughout this document.
2.1.5 Provide documentation in accordance with the Quality Assurance and Documentation Requirements in Section 7
2.1.6 Ship and deliver the fabricated items and documentation to Argonne National Laboratory as specified in Section 9.
