This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-24-R-5027 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 334111 and business size is 1,250 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition after Exclusion of Sources.

Funds are presently available for this requirement.

CLIN 0001 – 2.4 meter dish, with the following minimum capabilities:

• With tripod flyaway kit
• 2.4 meter carbon fiber segmented reflector,
• Band-configurable, pre-cabled, two-piece feed boom
• 2-axis cable-drive positioner (+- 200 Az, 5-90 degrees El)
• Auto-acquire controller with GUI software and API that can run on laptop
• Ability to remotely control/point dish pointing via ethernet/fiber
• Tactical cases for all parts to fit in
• Efficient assembly (<1hr)
• Manual stow ability (in event of emergency; e.g. hand crank)
• Operational with winds up to 45 mph
• Custom feed with C/KU band with standard Cross‐Polarization compensation so that feed doesn’t need changed out to switch between bands
• KA band with cross polarization
• C/Ku/Ka 100W BUC/HPA mounted
• Onboard GNSS
• Ability to be grounded
• Includes Anchoring kits
