The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Cannon AFB is requesting a 5-Year Protective Coating Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (Firm Fixed Price):The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, coordination, insurance and administration to provide protective coating services, to include both large and small task orders, for Cannon AFB, NM facilities and roads on an occupied/unoccupied basis in accordance with the terms of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract and the Statement of Work (SOW).

Scope of Contract:

1. Surface preparation and painting (full or partial areas)
2. Taping, bedding, texturing of gypsum board/drywall
3. Repairing cracks, joints, and holes in walls and ceilings
4. Applying, removing, and re-applying acoustical material on walls and ceilings
5. Installing/removing vinyl/fabric wall covering or repairing wall covering
6. Wood stripping, staining, and/or varnishing
7. Concrete chipping and non-shrink repair at spalls and cracks
8. Water or sand blasting; sanding, grinding, scraping, stripping
9. Removal of dirt, mildew, fungus, and other foreign matter
10. Wallpaper removal
11. Surface preparation on surfaces made of wood, metal, plastic, vinyl, concrete, brick, concrete block, stucco, asphalt, and Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS)
12. Protective coating application to facilities, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors and frames, window frames, fascia, soffits, trim, fences, gates, attachments (e.g., piping, exterior ductwork, rain gutters, etc.), pavement, roads, parking lots and curbing.
13. Application and removal of adhesive labels and reflective bands
14. Application of non-skid products (such as aluminum oxide) to concrete floors
15. Application of retro-reflective beads to pavement striping

Miscellaneous structures and equipment

1. Fire hydrants and post indicator valves
2. Electrical switch gear and transformers
3. Signposts and structural stands
4. Stairs, handrails
5. Fences, gates, and bollards
6. Fuel and water tanks up to and including 4,000-gallon capacity (exterior only)
   1. NOTE: bulk fuel storage area and elevated water storage tanks are NOT included
7. Fuel steel piping up to and including 1 inch in diameter
8. Water piping and electrical conduits

BID GUARANTEE AND BONDING REQUIREMENTS: A Bid Bond is not required under the basic contract proposal; however, one may be required for future task orders if a performance and/or payment bond is required. Unless waived, performance and/or payment bonds will be required for task orders exceeding $35,000.
