The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Safford, Arizona, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Delivery is required by July 8, 2024.
All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after May 30, 2024, with a due date of June 16, 2024, and no later than 2:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time.
The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations beta.SAM.gov through web site http://www.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions.
