The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue solicitation number 36C78624B0033 entitled, In Ground Cremains, Memorial Walk, Improvements and Repairs Saratoga National Cemetery on or about June 20, 2024, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. Scope of Work: The construction contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and services necessary to construct project number 917CM3006 per the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and related construction documents. Construction of Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery. Work includes but is not limited to the following elements: (see all procurement and construction documents to be issued with the future solicitation) The bids shall include cost detail and a roll up sub-total costs for each of these scope elements as well as total cost. Period of Performance The Contractor shall complete all work including submittals, reviews, quality control, repair/construction services, punch list corrections, clean up, invoicing and closeouts documentation submittal within three hundred and sixty (360) calendar days of Government issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
