This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02.
This procurement is set aside for _Small Business_. The NAICS code is _212319 Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying_ and the Small Business Size Standard is __550 employees__.

Contractor shall furnish Labor, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete work under this Contract; blast pit to generate 66,000 cubic yards of material, obtain all required permits, notification to Plumas County Sheriff and Plumas National Forest Dispatch Center before blasting pit, crush 60,000 cubic yards of ¾" aggregate base Class "D" as specified Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects FP-14, Specification in Spec 703 -Table 703-2 and stockpile material in designated area near blasting area.
