Industry Day Announcement

Program Executive Office (PEO) Carriers, PMS 312 will hold a Small Business Industry Day conference at CACI Inc. Federal, 5366 Virginia Beach Blvd, Suite 300, VA Beach VA 23462 on June 25th and 26th, 2024. The event will begin at 0900 and end at {1630} EST. The meeting will be hosted by PMS 312 In-Service Aircraft Carriers and NAVSEA Headquarters SEA 02 Contracts Division for the purpose of discussing the Navys plan for small business opportunities in future CVN Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) maintained periods.

The Industry Day will begin with a Government presentation from 0900 - 1100 that will discuss the general scope of work, project phases, and notional regulatory framework. Presenters will come from various NAVSEA and Naval Warfare Center Commands to discuss their involvement in the RCOH process and identify any potential Small Business opportunities. Additionally, the presentation will address questions and concerns that were received with the RFI Small Business Support of CVN 68 Class Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH).

After the presentation, the group will break for lunch from 1100 – 1230.

From 1230 – 1630, the Navy will allow for one-on-one sessions for those companies interested in discussing alternatives, concerns, and suggestions relative to any future RFP. Sessions will be 30-40 minutes in length. Companies interested in participating in a one-on-one session shall notify Brian Natysyn and Ginger Alcala in the RSVP, as instructed below. Updated event schedule will be provided prior to the event.

NAVSEA requests that firms interested in attending the CVN 68 Class RCOH Small Business Industry Day submit company names and attendee lists no later than 1700, June 14th, 2024 via e-mail to brian.j.natysyn.civ@us.navy.mil and ginger.d.alcala.civ@us.navy.mil. The subject line of the RSVP email shall be limited to: CVN 68 Class RCOH Industry Day RSVP from (Company Name). The body of the email shall include each attendees name, Position/Title, email address, phone number, indicate whether they have a Common Access Card (CAC) or military ID, and indicate whether they wish to participate in a one-on-one session. Please limit participation to three (3) people per vendor. Firms are encouraged to submit any additional questions via email to Brian Natysyn and Ginger Alcala no later than June 10th, 2024, for the briefing to be as informative as possible.
