The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for IT equipment for Gendarmerie, on behalf of the U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon.
The complete offer package shall be e-mailed to Ms. Ielyzaveta Ishchenko ishchenkoIM@state.gov named on the subject “Solicitation 19GE5024Q0023”, not later than 10:00 hrs Central European Summer Time (CEST) on May 26, 2024.
All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted.
NOTE: No proposals will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal.
Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail.
Please note:
The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from the instructions in solicitation and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions.
