NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 336413 Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The 20th Contracting Squadron, Shaw AFB, SC intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-l(b)(l) to Airtronics, LLC. for the Anti-Collision Light Repair BPA. The contract action is for Anti-Collision Light Repair for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 2:00PM EST, 16 April 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
