THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS APRIL 26, 2024 BY 1PM EST. This solicitation is to provide services for washer and dryer services for Army Family Housing located at Joint Base Myers-Henderson Hall, fort Myer Va. This solicitation is being competed as a Small Business set aside. The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, parts, supervision, and necessary to perform the washer and dryer maintenance services for all 9 Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Buildings (UPH). There are two (2) performance locations for this UPH Washer and Dryer Rental Maintenance Services contract: 1) Fort Myer, VA., and 2) Fort Leslie J. McNair located in Washington, DC. Fort McNair is located at 4th and P. Street, Southwest, Washington, DC. Fort McNair has a total of One (1) UPH building. Fort Myer is in Arlington, VA., and it is adjacent to Arlington National Cemetery. Fort Myer has a total of Eight (8) UPH buildings. Fort McNair and Fort Myer are currently known as Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBMHH) as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS. It is preferred that offeror(s) attend the site visit for washer and dryer that will be held to gather information on where the machines are located at Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall. All requests to attend the site visit must be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Chiquita Moore at chiquita.a.moore.civ@army.mil and COR, Zahra Alshimmary @ zahra.f.alshimmary.civ@army.mil by April 15, 2024 @ 3:00pm ET, and shall contain the following information. a. The names of no more than TWO individuals that will attend; b. Company name, address and POC phone number; AND c. Include the solicitation number in the e-mail. The meeting location for the Site Visit will be located outside in the parking lot of: Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, 101 Bloxon Street, Fort Myer, VA 22211, POC: Zahra Alshimmary.
