The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of VT Program-CDL Class A/B services for the federal offenders incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont located in Beaumont, Texas. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, four one-year options for renewal at the discretion of the government.

The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611310, with a small business size standard of $34.5 million. This solicitation is unrestricted.

The estimated maximum quantities for the base year and each option year are 32 students per year. The successful contractor shall provide employees with all the required experience and education to instruct CDL Class A/B with valid certifications.
