VA logo must be printed on caps in a minimum of two colors for Group 1 & 3 (Groups 2 & 4 are requirements for IHS and BOP; no VA logo). Products for Groups 1 4 must be compatible with the current calibration of ScriptPro automated equipment. Group 5-7 are for bottles that do not require calibration with ScriptPro machines and may be awarded separately from Vials by Group. Bottle to contain graduated markings. Must meet USP light transmission and moisture tight container requirements. 2 ounce 3 ounce 4 ounce 6 ounce 8 ounce 12 ounce 16 ounce  GROUP 7 Bottle, safety cap, wide mouth packer, screw neck, round, opaque white high-density polyethylene with child-resistant (palm and turn) type cap. Bottles and caps must meet USP light transmission and moisture tight container requirements 80 dram (300-325cc) 105 dram (400-425cc) 130 dram (500-525cc)  Estimated annual quantities are available upon e-mail request. The estimated quantities are for VA, Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is not specifying any particular package/case size; therefore, any commercial package size is acceptable. The package size will not be evaluated, only price of the vials/bottles and caps. Potential Offeror s shall provide the VA with one sample of each line item they submit an offer for. Samples will be evaluated to ensure they meet the requirements noted above and for vials to ensure compatibility with the CMOP dispensing machines. These samples will not be returned to the contractor. The contract period will be for one year with four one-year options with an Economic Price Adjustment for the option years. The contract items will be distributed through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor. If the offeror is not a manufacturer, a signed agreement between the offeror and the manufacturer must be submitted with the offer and remain in effect for the duration of the contract period.
