The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency of International Development in Egypt (USAID/Egypt) is seeking offers from qualified offerors, for a firm fixed price contract to correct the deficiencies of existing fire protection systems, replace existing simplex fire alarm system with a notifier fire alarm system, and upgrade kitchen hood suppression system at the USAID/Egypt Mission.

The contractor must provide all required equipment, programming, and software to provide specified system operation and to provide complete and fully operational systems. The contractor is to perform the services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the terms and conditions of this solicitation, and in strict conformance with the contract clauses and any special conditions contained herein.

All interested and qualified organizations are invited to submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the enclosed Request for Quotation (RFQ) No.72026324Q00002 This procurement will be conducted through Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offers must be received by the Government no later than the local time on the due date stated above and in the RFQ.

USAID/Egypt intends to award a firm fixed-price type contract. A single contract will result from this solicitation.
