This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested.

Requisition Number W912HZ24Q0026 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1000.

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for a service contract for Brand Name Siemens NX Mach 1 Software is a virtual Digital Engineering environment in support of the U.S Air Force (USAF) B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP). The CERP has a requirement to accept deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in a stipulated format for analysis within an integrated 3-D systems engineering solution contained within the USAF mandated Product Innovation Platform (PIP).

BASIS FOR AWARDThe Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the solicitation and determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the Government. Each quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price.
