U.S. Department of Labor - Virtual Data Enclave for restricted access microdata services

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested.
2. This solicitation document is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). When submitting an inquiry or quote, please use the reference number 1605TA-24-Q-00018.
3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03, published February 23, 2024.
4. The associated NAICS code is 518210 - Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services and the size standard is $40 million.
5. For a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable), refer to the SF-1449 form.
6. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the acquisition of Virtual Data Enclave for restricted access microdata services, according to the attached solicitation and its attachments.
7. The period of performance for this requirement is for a base period of 12-months and four (4) 12-month option periods.

10. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (FEB 2024): The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://sam.gov/content/home. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (p) of this provision.

Quotes are due in accordance with the Instructions and Evaluation sections of the solicitation.
