16. Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 142 TEUs and 3,000 square feet of cargo consisting of wheeled vehicles, while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements from a delineated packing list. The Minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots.
