Perform complete roof maintenance to include replacing roof shingles, cleaning gutters, sealing vent collars, inspect and seal and re-nail all skylights, skylight flashings, roof to wall flashings, and chimney areas as needed.

1. Contractor shall clean all gutters and snake 15 down spouts.
2. Contractor shall replace any missing, broken, or cracked shingles as needed.
3. Contractor shall seal pipe and vent collars as needed.
4. Contractor shall seal and re-nail all skylights, skylight flashings, roof to wall flashings, and chimney areas as needed.
5. Contractor shall check hip and ridge for proper nailing and fix as needed.
6. Contractor shall Clean & dispose of all debris pertaining to job.
7. Contractor shall provide one year warranty guarantee for any leaks.

Date Site Visit shall be conducted is between 08 April 2024 to 12 April 2024 between the hours of 0800 and 1400 Pacific Standard Time. Contractors shall sign in upon arrival at Building 435. Point of Contact for the Visit is Chief Carlos Blaney (360) 339-3000. Contractors are solely responsible for any costs incurred incidental to the site visit (travel expenses, per diem, etc.), or proposal development; the government will not reimburse.
