Page 2 of 2 SOURCES SOUGHTÂ The U.S. Government currently occupies 44 Parking space under a lease in Lake City, Florida, that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative
space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the
Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure,
and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 44 Parking Spaces in Lake City, Florida for use as off-site Parking for Malcom Randall
Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Gainesville Florida.  A lease up to 10 Years will be considered.  Surface and Structured parking will be considered. The off-site parking
space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2025.  Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: SW Baya Drive South: SE Pine Drive
East: SE Church Ave West: SW Alachua Ave. Â A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives)

Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).Â
 The Government is considering space if economically advantageous. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental
