This is NOT a request for proposal or quote. This posting is to support market research about a potential future requirement to see if the capabilities exist in the Leonardo, New Jersey area.

This is a request for information in identifying potential sources that can provide Lab Manager services for the Hydrocarbon Chemistry Test Lab at the Ohmsett Facility in Leonardo, New Jersey. It is anticipated these services would include one position what will range from 20 to 32 hours a week and will require on site performance (remote work is not available). Interested parties are requested to submit a 2-page response of their current capabilities to support such a requirement and any concerns that the Government should consider. Nearby universities are highly encouraged to submit a response if interested.

The information will be used in conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources in support of the Governments requirements.
