Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to maintain and protect laid away and modified caretaker portions of Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP) in a safe and environmentally responsible manner from 1 May 24 – 30 Apr 25, so IAAAP can meet its designated readiness objective. Selected portions of Iowa AAP’s production and support facilities are being retained and maintained for either replenishment production or their unique capability.
This requirement will be competed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be W519TC-24- R-A014.
