The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for East Access Road and Recreation Area Repairs, Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

1. Scope – Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work:
   1. Remove approximately forty (40) cubic yards of woody debris from fine lawns
   2. Remove approximately forty (40) cubic yards of woody debris from East Access Road
   3. Remove approximately one hundred (100) cubic yards of silt from 2.2 miles of East Access Road and recreation road entrances, and add one hundred twenty (120) cubic yards of gravel
   4. Grade East Access Road from Route 113 to Forest Management Trail and recreation road entrances
   5. Clean ditches along East Access Road
   6. Replant approximately 1.2 acres of fine lawn
   7. Remove approximately ten (10) cubic yards of silt and debris from beach and add twenty (20) cubic yards of sand
   8. All material will be removed offsite.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 16, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
