This is a sources-sought announcement. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Limited competition acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 10 – Maximum 192 each (Maximum of 10 each includes quantity of each 160 US and 32 each Foreign Military Sales (FMS))

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 750 employees.

The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract. The Electro-ME Actuator is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) DMWR-55-1680-351, Revision Date 01/30/2015, Change #0 is identified for this requirement. Currently the two known sources for the Electro-ME Actuator are General Electric, Cage Code: 05624, large business and The Boeing Company, Cage Code: 77272, large business. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Government specifications.
