SOLICITATION

Contractor to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of Automatic Doors for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

THIS IS A 100% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

1. QUESTIONS: All interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to surella.tracy@va.gov, to be received no later than 10:00 AM, Monday, April, 1, 2024.

2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All quotes must include the following, as a minimum. Failure to include any of the following with a quote may result in that quote being determined non-responsive. Any quote determined non-responsive will NOT be evaluated for award.

3. Interested parties must be registered in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at time of quote submission and award.

Complete and return only paragraph (b)(2) of this provision if your annual representations and certifications in SAM, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation (including the business size standard(s) applicable to the NAICS code(s) referenced for this solicitation), at the time this offer is submitted.
