A single site visit will be scheduled for Tuesday 03/26/2024 at 1:00 Pm local time. This site visit is intended to give prospective offerors the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the location and to gauge the scope of work required of the contract.

Prospective attendees SHALL email:

with the attendees full name as it appears on a Government-issued picture ID (which must be presented at the time of the site visit) and citizenship status, and their company name, physical address, email address, and phone number.

The deadline for requesting a site visit is Friday 03/22/2024 at 1:00 pm Local Time. Failure to comply with the registration instructions above will result in denial of access to the location and/or participation in site visit activities.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing using the Request for Information form via email to lam.pham@usda.gov by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, on Wednesday, 03/27/2024.

Questions that are not submitted in writing using the Request for Information form or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not receive a response.

Answers to all Questions will be incorporated into the solicitation by an amendment.

Quotes are to receive no later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, on Friday March 29, 2024.

Late quotes after this deadline may be considered only if it is in the government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.

To be considered for award, quotes must be submitted by email by the noted due date & time to lam.pham@usda.gov

Any other method of submitting your quote may result in your quote not being considered.
