It is the Intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) to procure services for Veritone Redact Audio/Video Files and Software Integration System Support to integrate with the FOIAXpress platform. In accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, this notice of intent is to award on a sole source basis to Carahsoft Technology through Opexus Tech via solicitation No; 75N97024Q00023.

This is not a notice of a competitive solicitation. Companies capable of providing this Veritone Redact Audio/Video Files and Software Integration System Support to integrate with the FOIAXpress platform must submit their authorization and price quote demonstrating their ability to provide this service within ten (10) calendar days of this posted announcement to the following points of contact:
