NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – MHK TECHNOLOGIES INC

NAICS Code - 335311 – Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing

PSC - 6130 - Converters, Electrical, Nonrotating, Complete Battery Charging Equipment

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to MHK TECHNOLOGIES INC., 225 Vine ST, Suite 1, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, 15901-1518, United States, under the authority of FAR 19.1506, Women-Owned Small Business Program sole-source awards.

This requirement is for Preventative Maintenance service visits for our Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system. There is not a reasonable expectation that another Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business will compete for the services in the DC Metro Area. MHK has the knowledge and ability to provide these services, with known quality and on time service, and little to no risk of non-performance. The expected period of performance is a base period of 12 months (10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025), with four 12 month option periods.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
