This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic/sole source contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the UH-60 weapon systems. A total of 51 NSNs are targeted to be added for this contract effort. The proposed sole source action will be issued to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE): 78286 and is intended to be on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. Items provided by the following Sikorsky CAGE codes covered by this acquisition: 78286.

The proposed requirement will be for a total of ten (10) years period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The attached lists of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.

These items are being added to contract SPE4AX-22-D-9000, a firm fixed price with price redetermination Indefinite Quantity Contract awarded to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation CAGE Code: 78286, a Lockheed Martin Company in accordance with the originally approved J&A. The contract requires supply of parts, as well as other functions including but not limited to inventory management, forecasting, distribution, storage, reliability improvements, engineering maintenance and design control affecting these parts.
