The result of this contract shall be three complete and usable refurbished Door Engineering brand, hangar canopy door systems that
meets the specific requirements on Building 618 Fuel Systems Hangar and Building 646 Maintenance Dock in accordance with
manufacturer standards.

The contractor shall perform demolition/removal and installation hangar canopy door systems parts required to achieve a complete and usable hangar canopy door system. The contractor shall use manufacturer approved parts appropriate to the model hangar canopy door systems currently installed and provide factory maintenance on the remain Door Engineering Door parts and
systems consistent with the manufacturers O&M Manual and recommendations.They will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to complete the work as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

All quotes are due NLT 2:00 PM Eastern 14 March 2024.

A site visit will be held 5 March 2024 at 10:30 AM. Attendees will meet at building 645, 6001 E Molly Rd, Syracuse, NY, 13211. Attendees must email Briana McCaffery at briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM (noon) on 4 March 2024.

Award will be made based on lowest price.

Bid Guarantees, Payment bonds, and Performance bonds are required.

Wage Determination General Decision Number : NY20240001 dated 5 January 2024. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
