The requirement is for the providing Media Monitoring Services for U.S. Embassy Baghdad. The U.S. Government anticipates awarding one contract with a period of performance of a base period of one year and four, one‐year option periods if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal for consideration.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
Pursuant to FAR Policy 4.1102 all offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229‐12 ‐ Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021).
