The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VA seeks to lease approximately 4570
ABOA SF of Medical Space, and 50 onsite surface parking spaces. The space must be
existing, move-in ready, that may require minor alterations. The space will be used as a
Community Based Outpatient Clinic, and shall be located within the delineated area
outlined below.

Description: VA seeks to lease approximately 4,570 ABOA square feet of office and medical
space; and 50 surface parking spaces, for use by the VA as an Outpatient Clinic in the delineated
area outlined within Detroit, Michigan, below. VA will consider only "as-built" leased space in
existing buildings under this advertisement posting.

Lease Term: Up to Ten (10) Years.

Delineated Area: In order to receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within
the following area outlined below, which is bounded by the following roads, or must front on any
of the following boundary lines:
Northern Boundary: 12 Mile Road
Eastern Boundary: Woodward Avenue
Southern Boundary: 9 Mile Road
Western Boundary: Greenfield Road
