This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0090 is to provide Preventative Maintenance Services for an Aqualynx and an Evoqua Water Tech in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of under $34.0 million. The applicable PSC is J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Instruments and Laboratory Equipment). This solicitation is issued as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award with a base and four option years.

A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
