On or about 15 March 2024, Government intends to issue a solicitation for "Lawn Maintenance". The solicitation will close on or about 29 March 2024. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business.

On or about 27 February, 2024, Government intends to issue a soliciation for "Elevator Inspection Services". The soliciation will close on or about 19 March, 2024. The soliciation will be full and open to businesses.

Site Visit:

A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own side viist if they would liek to inspect the site where work will be performed. Information regarding who to contact to arrange for a site visit will be included in the solicitation.

Project Description:

This is a non-personal services contract to perform all elebator maintenance services for the five (5) elevators for Garrison Dam Power Plant, Lake Office and Pipestem Outlet during the base year with four (4) option periods. Work required by this contract shall be performed on a regularly (monthly) scheduled basis but not less frequirently than once every 30 days.

Period of Performance:

Base Year: Date of Award through14 January 2025
Option Year 1: 15 January 2025 through 14 January 2026
Option Year 2: 15 January 2026 through 14 January 2027
Option Year 3: 15 January 2027 through 14 January 2028
Option Year 4: 15 January 2028 through 14 January 2029
