(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) Solicitation number 140R2024Q0051 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03, as of February 23, 2024.

(iv) This acquisition is Open Market, Total Small business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $12.5 Million.

(v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items.

(vi) The objective of this requirement is to set up a service contract with manufacturer to properly maintain, repair/troubleshoot issues, parts of the equipment located at the Folsom power plant and New Melones Power Plant.

(vii) The period of performance will be for 5 years: March 22, 2024 - March 21, 2029.

(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor¿s pricing information, Past Performance documentation (If Applicable) for previous contracts with a similar scope of work. Include contract number, dollar amount, description of the project, and a point of contact from the agency or commercial organization.

(ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information.

(x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

(xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause.

(xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package.

(xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package.

(xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
