This is not a solicitation announcement; this is a source sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size status
relative to NAICS Code 811114 Specialized Automotive Repair; Size Standard of $9.0 Million. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to form a reasonable expectation that
two or more small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans will submit offers and that the award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United
States. Responses to this notice are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center 13800 Veterans Way,
Orlando FL 32827, VHA Network 08 Contracting Office is seeking information concerning possible sources to provide maintenance services to described in the following Performance Work
Statement Summary. The purpose of this service support contract is to provide replacement and installations of the following Ford F450 Pickup Truck parts: 1. Removal, replacement, and
proper mounting of the brake control system, including removal/replacement of any damaged wiring/harnesses. 2. Removal and replacement, and proper mounting of new trailer hitch. 3.
Removal and replacement, and proper mounting of the trailer jack. 4. Removal and replacement, and proper mounting of the trailer door lock assembly. 5. Removal and proper disposal of 5
tire rims (4 plus spare) and replace/mount 5 new aluminum rims (225-75-15) compatible with the make and model of this trailer. 6. Removal and proper disposal of 5 tires (4 plus spare) and
replace/mount 5 new tires (225-75-15) compatible with the make and model of this trailer. 7. The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper balancing of 5 tires and rims in accordance
with the manufacturer s specifications. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for sand blasting the trailer frame to remove corrosion. The Contractor will properly prepare the trailer frame
to limit future corrosion prior to painting. Following surface preparation, the Contractor will paint the frame similar to the original color. 9. Contractor shall be responsible for
repacking of wheel bearings. 10. Contractor shall be responsible for removal and replacement of door lock hardware. Perform function test once installation complete to check for proper
alignment and ensure a tight seal. 11. Contractor shall perform a road test to ensure proper tracking of trailer, alignment, braking, and light function. The Government intends to award a
single, firm fixed price contract for the 3rd party elevator inspection services. The period of performance will be no later than four (4) months from award date. All interested firms
should provide the following information: company size, company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, veteran status (VOSB or SDVOSB), capability statement to
perform the services, and a statement describing whether there is a reasonable expectation an offer/quote will be submitted at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the

parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective
offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management at www.sam.gov. Registration is free and
