APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this contract is to provide non-personal services that directly impact the efficiency of aircraft operations, flight safety and mission performance capability. The contract shall support E-3/707 TCG, International Engine Management Program (IEMP), and other foreign military sales offices located at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Oklahoma. These organizations will be addressed as “Foreign Military Sales (FMS) organizations” from this point forward.
Tasks include research, documentation and analysis for financial reconciliation and resolution and contract finalization in working case closures and un-liquidated obligations (ULOs) for FMS organizations at Tinker AFB. Additionally, this effort will provide support to address: Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) support/ logistics management support, technical content analysis, and financial management issue resolution.
The E-3/707 TCG serves as the sustainment activity at the airframe and system level for international users of the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and other 707 systems. The Contractor shall provide services as required including support to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), Chile (CI), Israel (IS), and French Republic (FR) E-3 fleets, additional 707 systems, and other potential customers.
Interface and direct coordination with E-3 International and United States Air Force (USAF) systems and subsystem managers is critical to support of the E-3/707 TCG members and customers.
