On or about 28 February 2024, Government intends to issue a solicitation for "Lawn Maintenance". The solicitation will close on or about 22 March 2024. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business.

Project Description:
This is a non-personal services contract to provide lawn maintenance for the Garrison Project administration building. The lawn is approximately 6.7 acres with sidewalks and curbs totaling approximately 10,650 linear feet. Services include weed spraying, aerating, power raking, mowing, weed whacking, branch clearing, tree and bush trimming, sidewalk edging and spring cleanup.

Period of Performance:
Base Year: April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025
Option Year 1: April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026
Option Year 2: April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027
Option Year 3: April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028

Site Visit:
A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own side vist if they would like to inspect the site where work will be performed. Information regarding who to contact to arrange for a site visit will be included in the solicitation.

NAICS Code:
The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730 - Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a size standard for small business of $9.5M.
