Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for elevators maintenance services at the U.S. Embassy Amman. The attached documents set forth the specifications, terms, and conditions.

Site Visit
In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.237-1, the Government is planning a site visit.

Location: U.S. Embassy Amman
Prospective offerors that would like to attend, should send an email, no later than February 20, 2024 at 14:00PM (local time), to Rula Zabaneh at zabanehrg@state.gov and provide the following information:
company name, and attendees’ names (maximum 2).
Offerors are required to submit all questions in writing to AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov by February 25, 2024 at 14:00 PM local time. The questions and the Governments answers will be publicly available on the Embassy website.
Contract award
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the
competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The U.S. Embassy is prohibited from procuring goods or services from any firms that are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM is an integrated procurement database and serves as a single point of entry for vendors seeking to do business with the U.S. Government.
If your company is selected to be awarded the contract, you will be required to complete the attached NDAA.
