ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane (NSWC-CR) has a requirement for the procurement of C4 Safety Nets P/N 3227479 and D5 Safety Nets P/N 7124135-001. The Safety Nets will be used in multiple safety applications for military usage. D5 and C4 Safety Nets are placed into the open missile tubes as fall protection for the workers that are on the deck of the Ohio Class submarine.

The Navy intends to solicit this five (5) year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources in Delivery is required FOB Destination (NSWC Crane). The solicitation will be made available posted on https://www.sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://www.sam.gov.. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
