The overall goal for the FY23 repair effort is to repair the existing breakwater to maintain safe passage for vessels entering and existing the port. The proposed work would consist of the placement of new armor stone and resetting existing armor stone as needed along the north breakwater, reaches E and E-1. Additional work includes the placement of armor stone on the harbor side of the north breakwater, reaches A, B and C as well as the placement of the armor stone on the harbor and lake side of reach D.

The work is located at Port Washington Harbor, Wisconsin with repairs to the detached breakwater.

The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.

The project specification files are PDF files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Responses to this Solicitation (Invitation for Bids) are due by 11:00a.m. (Central Time) on March 1, 2024.
