Grassy Pond currently has a floating dock on Lotts Pond that is damaged due to Hurricane Idalia and needs to be replaced. The dock is fully detached from the shore and has no pilings keeping it in place.

All sizing of equipment must be similar or equal

23d FSS requires the full replacement of a floating dock on Lotts Pond.
• 1 T-shaped Dock Floating Dock
- All of the framework and handrails will be galvanized steel, a composite deck, and a poly float.
Handrails = 1-1/4" Sch 40 Pipe (1-5/8" OD) with a .140" Wall Thickness Made of Galvanized Steel
Handrails to Encompass Entire Floating Dock Including Entry Way
- 80 Walkway with 10 entry ramp = 90
Entry Ramp to be secured to the shore with 2 EA 3" Sch 40 Pilings embedded 6 into the ground and include non-slip
- "T" is 10 x 60 (6 EA 5 x 20 sections oriented in a 2 x 3 grid)
- Pilings = 8 EA (3" Sch 40 Galvanized Steel)
6 Minimum Embedded + Depth of the Water + 3 Out of Water
Pilings are to be Hollow in the Middle

- Custom Galvanized Steel Slide Brackets for Pilings = 8 EA

• Must Include:
- All required equipment, tools, materials, including but not limited to aquatic vehicles, storage for materials, forklifts, cranes,
- Fees to obtain any relative permits (i.e. Dig permits)
- All required demolition including concrete/curbing/poles/rods
- Removal of all waste/previously used materials including but not limited to removal of the current floating dock at Lotts Pond
- All required construction to include but not limited to pilings/footers and assembly of the floating dock
- All required transportation/travel

Standard 1-year warranty to be provided by Contractor.
