Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) W519TC-24-B-2001 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14, Sealed Bidding, for the procurement of Water Tank Cleaning, Painting, and Repair Services located at Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas. The Contractor shall perform work in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). This IFB is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors.
The award of a subsequent contract is subject to the availability of funds. It is anticipated that a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid reperesents the lowest priced, technically acceptable bid. This IFB is issued using the Two-Step Sealed Bidding Method.
