SOLICITATION:
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this solicitation for fire sprinkler head replacement and pipe lining on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL.
Attachments 0002 and 0003 are obtained by having an active Joint Certificate Program (JCP) account. Please see Solicitation Narrative for additional details.

PROJECT SUMMARY:
The scope of this project is to line the pipes and replace the sprinkler heads for building
(BLDG) 350 on United States Army Garrison-Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA). The base bid work includes the following: replacing approximately 2750 sprinkler heads, epoxy lining the existing wet pipe fire suppression piping,testing/documenting the newly lined system in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
13 standards, and providing a 10 year warranty. Potential option work includes the following: replacing approximately 1600 sprinkler heads, epoxy lining the existing fire suppression piping, testing/documenting the newly lined system in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 13 standards, and providing a
10 year warranty. Period of Performance is expected to be 200 days.
