The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) is publicizing this sources sought/request for information notice in order to gather industry information and seek information from any firms that have an interest in submitting a response as a Prime Contractor for a Design-Build project on Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida..

This Sources Sought Notice (XLWU 21-8120) is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.

This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not

constitute a solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this notice. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.

The purpose of the Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) project XLWU 21-8120 is to construct a new Honor Guard facility. The project is comprised of the design and construction work required to result in a complete and useable Honor Guard facility on Tyndall AFB. The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work.

The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and released of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become U.S. Government property and will not be returned.
